The Mobile Crane Operator Written Exam Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the NCCCO certification exams through a mix of classroom instruction and interactive exercises. This NCCCO Signalperson, Rigger I & Rigger II Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the NCCCO certification exams for Signalperson, Rigger I and RIgger II. The Signalperson exam focuses on proper hand and voice signals, crane dynamics, and safe communication with operators during lifts. The Rigger Level I exam covers basic rigging knowledge, including sling types, hitch configurations, load weight estimation, and safe practices. Rigger Level II goes deeper, testing advanced rigging techniques like load distribution, rigging plans, and non-routine lifts.

This NCCCO Lift Director Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the NCCCO certification exams to become a Lift Director for both Mobile Cranes & Tower Cranes. This certification requires the successful completion of the following 3 exams:
The Lift Director Core Exam evaluates knowledge of personnel roles, rigging standards, signaling methods, and site safety considerations. The Mobile Crane Specialty Exam focuses on ground conditions, complex lifting operations, and interpreting lift plans and load charts for mobile crane types. The Tower Crane Specialty Exam covers similar topics but with emphasis on tower crane-specific tasks like erection, dismantling, and operating in confined or elevated environments.

The NCCCO Articulating Crane Operator Written Exam Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the NCCCO certification exams through a mix of classroom instruction and interactive exercises. The course covers key topics such as crane setup, operation, and safety procedures, as well as load chart interpretation and hazard recognition. It also includes knowledge of rigging, signaling, and applicable OSHA and ASME standards specific to articulating boom cranes. This course is applicable to the 3 Articulating specialties:

The NCCCO Telehandler Written Exam Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the NCCCO certification exams through a mix of classroom instruction and interactive exercises. This course covers topics such as safe operation, stability principles, load chart usage, and recognition of site hazards. It also tests knowledge of telehandler components, attachments, hand signals, and relevant OSHA and ASME safety standards. This course is applicable to both Telehandler specialties:

This Qualified Signalperson & Basic Rigging Course is designed to satisfy the OSHA requirements of a Qualified Signalperson & Basic Rigging. The course covers topics such as signalperson fundamentals, crane dynamics, basic rigging hitches, sling tension calculations, etc. To students who pass both examinations, a qualification card will be issued.

This NCCCO Crane Inspector Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the NCCCO certification exams to become a Crane Inspector for all cranes types under NCCCO. This certification requires a minimum of 2,000 hours of documented work experience within a five-year period related to maintaining, inspecting, servicing, repairing, or modifying cranes. This course prepares for the 3 main specialities of Mobile Crane Inspector (MCI), Tower Crane Inspector (TCI) & Articulating Crane Inspector (ACI). This course does not prepare for the Overhead Crane Insepctor (OCI). The certifications requires the successful completion of the following 4 exams:
The Crane Inspector Core Exam covers general inspection principles, safety standards, and documentation. Specialty exams focus on specific crane types: the Mobile Crane Specialty Exam emphasizes load charts, ground conditions, and mobile-specific systems; the Tower Crane Specialty Exam highlights erection, dismantling, and inspection in elevated or confined spaces; and the Articulating Crane Specialty Exam addresses hydraulic components, stability, and attachment inspections.

The NYS Department of Labor Crane License Written Exam Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the certificate of competence exam administered by the DOL.New York State mandates a Crane Operator Certificate of Competence is required to operate a crane in New York State in connection with construction, demolition, and excavation work. To obtain this certificate of competence, Crane operators must have 3 years of practical experience prior to applyin and this practical experience is to be obtained working under the direct supervision of a certified operator.
Students review critical topics such as crane safety, load chart interpretation, operational procedures, and OSHA/ASME regulations. Taught by seasoned professionals, the course is tailored to experienced crane operators preparing for licensure.

The NCCCO Concrete Pump Operator Exam Preparation Course is designed to fully prepare candidates for the NCCCO certification exams through a mix of classroom instruction and interactive exercises. The NCCCO Concrete Pump Operator (CPO) certification ensures operators possess the necessary knowledge and skills for safe and efficient concrete pumping operations. The certification process includes a written exam covering six key domains, such as pre-trip planning, pump setup, placement operations, and end-of-day procedures. Exam topics also include jobsite safety, equipment maintenance, and recognizing and avoiding common hazards in concrete pumping.
